Bergdahl. Andy says, “Shaheen’s June 2nd statement that she is ‘thankful for
[Bergdahl’s] service, his sacrifice and his courage’ is nutty. Shaheen owes America ’s
active duty personnel an apology for her dishonorable ‘endorsement’ of a
deserter.
“What does Shaheen say to the parents, spouses and children
of the men who died trying to ‘recover’ Bergdahl from his desertion and defection?”
Andy demands. “Shaheen is part of a Democratic Party ethos that, under
President Obama, has become one of support for Army deserters and foreign
policy defeatists. Shaheen is a disgrace to New Hampshire .
She owes all of us an apology. Shaheen/Obama endanger our national security.”

Dear Republican:
This afternoon I will hold a Manchester News conference to demand
that Obama “rubber stamp” Jeanne Shaheen apologize to our men and women in
uniform and our retired personnel for Shaheen’s endorsement of Army deserter
Bowe Bergdahl.
Bergdahl’s antics left children without a father, wives
without a husband and parents without their sons, as our men went searching for
nutcake deserter Bergdahl.
Bergdahl was a deserter. He left his post and walked into
enemy territory, apparently looking for the Taliban Hilton Hotel. Whatever he
got in the way of maltreatment from the Taliban, he deserved. Bergdahl plotted
his defection for a long time; his desertion was not a spur-of-the-minute act.
Bergdahl was not a prisoner of war and he was not captured on the battlefield.
The military is not perfect. Our leaders make mistakes. But
I do not know of any military personnel who go into the field wanting to do
harm to innocent civilians. Inevitably, in a “revolutionary war,” (a war based
on political and religious goals rather than a conventional military campaign)
civilians will be caught in the crossfire.
Bergdahl obviously had psychological problems before he
entered the Army. The Army also failed to diagnose Bergdahl’s grandiose
attitude towards his role in the U. S. Army. In Bergdahl’s delusional state, he
was the arbiter of our military policy, not his senior NCOs and officers. No
military force could function under Bergdahl's “spoiled brat” rules of
engagement. The Army may advertise an “Army of One,” but that is a slogan, not
an order of battle for combat zones.
President Obama disgraced the American people when he held a
Rose Garden ceremony for Bergdahl’s parents. He added insult to injury when Bergdahl’s
parents praised Islam and sent their “messages” to the Taliban from the White
House grounds.
Just when I thought Shaheen and Obama couldn’t step any
deeper into the gutter they surprised me. Like the Obama parrot that she is,
Shaheen quickly fell in line behind the “party line” and endorsed Obama’s
surrender to the Taliban.
I hope you will join with me in condemning Shaheen and in
demanding that she apologize to the people of New
Hampshire for her personal dishonor and outrageous
incompetence in Washington . I
will have more to say about Mr. Bergdahl’s disgraceful service; today we focus
on Shaheen’s idiotic support for an Army deserter.
With the collapse over the weekend of the Scott Brown
campaign, mired in a stock bribe scandal, I will have to assume the leadership
role in the Republican primary as we battle to retake the America
we know and love from pro-Muslim Obama and his mesmerized supporters such as
Shaheen.
I ask the support of every voter in New
Hampshire , not just Republicans, in standing up for
the honor of this great state. The time is late, but not too late, to stop
Obama and Shaheen. We must unite, and fight. America
is worthy of a struggle to retake this nation from Obama/Shaheen.
