New Hampshire conservative Republican leader Andy Martin says Jennifer Horn violated the New Hampshire Republican Party’s bylaws by attacking Donald Trump

Conservative New Hampshire Republican Party leader and corruption fighter Andy Martin says that New Hampshire State GOP chairman Jennifer Horn should not be criticizing Donald Trump. Criticism of candidates is a role reserved for candidates and activists, not for official party leaders who must remain neutral. Martin has promised to start running attack ads against Horn in September (they may be delayed to early October) because Horn acts and apparently believes her role as state chairman permits her to act as a roving commissioner of morality. “In June I gave the state committee 90 days to remove Horn, and the toadies on the GOP’s state committee have done nothing. Horn continues running her mouth. Soon she will have alienated everyone. Horn’s big mouth is helping to kill off the New Hampshire primary, which is already on life support. She must be removed. Period. She has no business distorting the facts and using Fox News’ false version of reality to attack Donald Trump.”

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

Andy Martin criticizes New Hampshire state GOP chairman Jennifer Horn for attacking Donald Trump

Andy says “Horn has no business running her mouth attacking presidential candidates”

Andy says Horn is acting as a stooge for Fox News; Megyn Kelly was a character assassin during the faux Fox news “debate” and Kelly should not be immune from return fire by Trump

Andy will start running attack ads on New Hampshire media in October seeking to remove Horn as chairman

(Chicago, IL) (August 10, 2015)

DISCLAIMER:

I am not supporting Donald Trump as a candidate and have no connection with Trump’s campaign. I am an independent media and conservative analyst and activist. Because of my unalterable opposition to Jeb Bush, I am not supporting or endorsing any presidential candidate. I will support any Republican candidate for president except Jeb Bush.

-----

Dear Granite State Republican Party committee member:

When the cat’s away the mice will play. It seems that every time I leave New Hampshire on an anti-corruption mission Jennifer Horn starts running her mouth and attacking some candidate or other (see link below).

In June I gave you 90 days to remove Horn or I would take to the airwaves to seek her removal. Well, approximately 60 of those 90 days have passed, and either in late September or early October my attack ads against Horn will begin.

Megyn Kelly is everytign Horn says Kelly is (“intelligent, educated...” On that much we agree. But Kelly is also a faux “journalist” who was used last week by the powers-that-be behind Fox News to assassinate the character of Donald Trump.

Kelly cherry-picked some old comments Trump may have made years ago (Kelly produced no evidence of when or where the comments were made) and used them to suggest Trump is anti-woman. I see no evidence whatsoever that Trump is anti-woman. Trump is used to trash talking in his television role and he is having something of a difficult transition to presidential politics where different standards apply.

Now let me be clear. Trump alone is responsible for his language. I would not have spoken as he did. I would have slammed Kelly even harder, but with more polite words. But Trump’s language is not the issue.

The state GOP constitution and bylaws mandate that party officials remain neutral. When you are slamming a presidential candidate you are violating party neutrality. In June Horn attacked a sitting GOP congressman over an opaque campaign finance dispute. Horn simply can't stop herself from running her mouth.

Honestly, I have no problem with Horn mouthing off and expressing her opinions as an ordinary Republican. I am not a party official and I express my own opinions freely. You know me for that. But a party chairman surrenders his or her free speech in order to become a neutral party leader.

Horn falsely claims she has a “responsibility as chairman” to attack candidates who displease her (see link below). She has no such “responsibility.” Are you aware of any such “responsibility” in our party's bylaws? She voluntarily surrendered some of her free speech rights when she accepted the role of neutral party chairman.

Particularly when Trump was ambushed by Kelly’s distortions and misrepresentations, along with those of Bret Baier and Chris Wallace, Trump has a right to hit back and hard. Fox News has a constitutional right to act on a biased basis. But then Fox News cannot claim to be a neutral and impartial “news” organization. Asking “tough” questions does not translate into asking “dirty” questions, or into attacking one candidate (Trump) while shielding another candidate from even worse misbehavior (Jeb Bush).

Fox News did not act impartially last Thursday. Fox News employees were doing the bidding of Fox News owners and executives who dislike Trump. It’s a “New York thing,” having nothing to do with the presidential race.

I urge you to remove Horn before my broadcast ads seeking Horn’s removal start running.

The New Hampshire primary is already on life support due to the power grab of Fox News to arrogate the authority over who can debate and who can be a national candidate. Horn is just helping Fox News drive our primary into the ground so Fox News can make millions by hijacking the audience.

Please have the backbone to remove Horn.

As I said at the outset, Horn has no right to decide who is and who is not a candidate, or how national candidates conduct themselves. In 2014 Horn ran a rigged primary for the U.S. Senate; she imported a Massachusetts liberal to run as a Granite State senate candidate and tried to run other local candidates out of the race; and she alienated conservatives who did not support the phony candidate. We lost a senate seat that a local Granite Stater could have won. If Horn had run an honest and impartial primary, all of the candidates would have joined together and worked together to elect the winner. We did not.

Horn is a failed leader whose approach to politics continues to divide us and to drive the party into the ground. How long are you going to continue to tolerate her antics?

Sincerely,

Andy

Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly asks, “Why?” - U. S. Senate candidate Andy Martin answers O’Reilly’s question

Republican U. S. Senate candidate Andy Martin concludes his four-part Memorial Day weekend series with a reply to Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly’s question, “Why?” [is Barack Obama so passive in the oval office]. As the writer who first exposed Obama’s leadership weaknesses, Andy Martin responds to O’Reilly with an explanation of why Obama is now considered a failed president by both Democrats and Republicans. Andy predicted Obama was too weak to be president. Andy made his prediction in 2007.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

Republican U. S. Senate candidate Andy Martin concludes his four-part Memorial Day weekend series on the U. S. Senate race in New Hampshire

Today: Andy answers Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly’’s question “Why?”

Andy says Barack Obama’s leadership flaws were apparent in the Illinois state senate where Obama often voted “present” on difficult issues

(Manchester, NH) (May 28, 2014)

Dear Republican:

During the past several days I have been writing about New Hampshire politics. Let’s start with the basics: what is it we elect a U.S. Senator to do? First, a U. S. Senator represents the state in Washington. Senators have evolved into contact points between citizens and the federal government.

But senators also have a wider responsibility. They are the 100 individuals who are elected statewide/nationwide to act on behalf of the national interest, to preserve our national economic strength and to defend our national security.

Candidates often campaign against “Washington.” But when someone gets elected with no knowledge of how Washington really works these individuals are often co-opted into the system.

I have pointed out how my three local primary opponents, the Three Zombies (Rubens, Smith and Testerman), are well-intentioned but mostly inexperienced. Jim Rubens and Bob Smith actually abandoned the Republican Party and joined opposing parties. As for Scott Brown, he is a phony who has become very experienced in making the system work for himself. Scott works for Scott and no one else.

Why vote for me? I am the only senate candidate who can both take care of the needs of New Hampshire’s working families, in Washington, and effectively look after our national interest and national security.

Ten years ago I wrote the first comments exposing Barack Obama as a phony. I knew Obama from the Illinois state senate where he often voted “present” to avoid difficult issues. Using my international team we dug out information that embarrassed Obama during his 2004 U. S. Senate race. My evidence and information questioning Obama’s family history turned out to be 100% accurate.

In February, 2007, seven years ago, when Obama announced for the presidency, I wrote a series of articles for what I called “Obama Week.” Once again I again explored Obama’s character and fitness for office, this time in more depth and detail. I found Obama to be a fraud that was not capable of serving as president and predicted he would disappoint those who voted for him.

In February, 2007, I produced my “Psychological Profile of Barack Obama.” (Link below). The profile was part of the first chapter in my book “Obama: The Man Behind the Mask.”

So what did I have to say about Obama almost two years before he took the oath of office as president? See how this fits:

Obama’s “hope” is the absence of reality, the unattainable in his own life scaled up to a national fantasy which he hopes to peddle to unsuspecting voters and especially young people. When he fails, they will feel betrayed.

Can his personality stand the stress? Probably not.

Obama’s personality matrix left Obama weak inside, under the surface, “all sail and no anchor.” He learned to avoid conflict, not fight.

He will strive to be a strong leader on the surface using powerful language and images; but inside he will still be the pied piper of powerlessness. And know it.

Obama’s natural tendency, his default state of mind, is to evade, conceal, avoid - and escape.

War is war, but war is also psychology. Obama’s psychology is weak. His presentation today was weak, and his approach to dealing with adversaries will ultimately come to be seen as weak.

Sound familiar? Someone you know? There have been many profiles since mine appeared in 2007. But none of them have delved as deeply into Obama’s hollow soul and empty heart as I did at the dawn of the Obama Era.

Bill O’Reilly kept asking last week, over and over again, “Why” is Obama so weak? O’Reilly should have gone back and reread my book. He would have found the answer to his question right at his fingertips. I exposed the “real” Obama in 2007. Why can’t O’Reilly see Obama’s character flaws in 2014? Maybe he’s looking in the wrong place. Go back and reread the book, Bill.

Likewise, Republican Party leaders have proven totally incompetent at standing up to Obama. In 2008 the McCain presidential campaign all but conceded the election to Obama. I was brought in by people who wanted to fight Obama. We couldn’t resuscitate McCain but we held down Obama’s margin. Likewise in 2012 I tried to steer Mitt Romney into attack mode. But Romney was an ineffective attacker and stood by silently and helplessly as Obama’s storm troopers described Romney as a murderer and even worse.

My track record of being tough enough to stand up in the national arena has two very significant benefits for you to consider when you choose a senate nominee in the September primary.

First, whoever wins the senate nomination is going to come under horrendous attack from the Democratic Party’s smear machine in New Hampshire. New Hampshire Republicans have consistently nominated candidates who faltered under Democratic attacks. In Massachusetts, Scott Brown could not handle Elizabeth Warren, a rookie. So how can he handle Jeanne Shaheen, who is an experienced left-wing power broker?

The Three Zombies in the Republican senate primary (Rubens, Smith, Testerman) are not serious candidates for a national campaign. So your choice is Brown if you want to lose, or me if you want to fight to defeat Shaheen.

What happens when Brown or I get to Washington? Brown has shown he is only interested in making money for himself. He will do what the Republican moneymen tell him to do. Brown is a one-man political “hedge fund,” making profits for himself and no one else.

I am the only candidate who is experienced enough to rally Republicans and lead the battle to stop Obama’s agenda in 2015.

So while you may initially think it is presumptuous of me to claim I am the only choice if you want to fight Obama, once you look at the competing records of Brown and me you will find I am speaking the truth and laying out the factual evidence. My beloved Uncle Bill, who graduated from UNH in the depths of the Great Depression, always said he was a “facts and figures man.” So am I.

Brown, of course, is “endorsed” by the party establishment in Washington. What a track record they have. John McCain could not save himself; now he endorses people who have to keep cleaning up the mess McCain left behind in 2008. I personally like Kelly Ayotte very much. But she is a fellow traveler with McCain, not a leader in her own right. She is usually seen standing behind McCain and Graham. Ayotte is not going to lead the fight against Obama.

And so you have a clear choice: if you want to nominate a strong leader who will take the battle to the Democrats, and fight to block Obama’s agenda in 2015, you really have only one choice in the primary.

We still have two years of Obama, starting in January 2015. In those two years Obama is going to do even more damage to this nation. We may not recognize Obama’s “Amerika” of 2017. Unless loyal Americans stand up and fight today, in New Hampshire, in the Republican senate primary, Obama will continue to undermine our nation.

Will you stand up and join me in defeating Shaheen and taking the battle to Obama? You have a chance to make a real difference in 2014. Just do it.

Or do you want to stand down and support Scott Brown and let Brown make more money for himself and for his Republican billionaires?

The choice is yours.

Loyally,

Andy

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

Republican U. S. Senate candidate Andy Martin begins a four-part Memorial Day weekend series on the U. S. Senate race in New Hampshire

Today: Who had the “worst week” in the upcoming senate primary?

(Manchester, NH) (May 24, 2014)

Dear Republican:

Media often shut down over Memorial Day weekend (e.g. the Manchester Union Leader) or slow down (e.g. the cable networks). But I am offering you a four-part series of original local and national analysis based on the New Hampshire U. S. Senate race.

Unlike candidates who deliver “set” speeches or “canned” remarks, I actually write my own material. If you don’t like what I have to say, please let me know.

In just ten (10) days, on June 4th, filing will open for the September primary. (Filing closes on Friday the 13th.) This is a good time to take a pre-filing look at the “state of the primary.” Today we focus on the “worst week.” Next, on the biggest loss. Then on the largest change-in-status. Finally I present a national perspective in response to Bill O’Reilly’s cries for help.

1. The “worst week” angle

Fox News and the Washington Post and probably others like to feature a “winner” or “worst week” story. While I don’t plan to write a “worst week” every week, the approach provides a useful frame of reference.

Undoubtedly, Scott Brown has had the worst week in New Hampshire.

Brown’s appearance before the Gun Owners of New Hampshire (“GONH”) reinforced every negative stereotype about Brown. Brown was so desperate he asked the people present to look at his “entire record” instead of only his record on the Second Amendment. That’s a new one.

James Pindell of WMUR-TV said the GONH said Brown’s appearance before the GONH was a “big deal.” Indeed it was. And Brown flopped. (Pindell, who has the political instincts of a cantaloupe, is cheering for Brown but never mind the Hearst Corporation’ political mouthpiece.)

What will be remembered about Brown’s GONH appearance is his refusal to allow taping/recording, his exclusion of media and his shabby treatment of conservatives who appeared. Instead of wooing conservatives (see link below) Brown is increasingly turning them off.

Brown’s problem is a straightforward one: he is not very bright. The best campaign staff can’t turn a sow’s ear into a silk purse. Brown need have no fear of becoming the proverbial “silk purse.” His political instincts are poor.

Brown is acting as though he is the big dog, when Granite Staters do not want some “import” to start acting as though he owns the place without a proper learning curve. Brown falsely believes a few days of driving around in his old truck is a substitute for real knowledge and real insight into New Hampshire values.

Because Brown treats ordinary New Hampshire Republicans as his “subjects” and not as people to be won over, his appearance before GONH did not help his primary cause. Brown lost ground. The “loss” may not be obvious today; but be patient.

The impact and effect of the loss will appear as the summer primary grinds on. Brown is treating the three-month primary as a mere “inconvenience” in his upcoming “coronation” as the GOP senate candidate in November. I don’t think so.

2. Why Scott Brown is doomed, both in September and November

Scott Brown is running precisely the opposite of a campaign he should be running if he expects to dominate the primary and win in November. I don’t think Brown will dominate the primary; he could lose. And I am certain Brown cannot win in November. Here’s why.

If you have a reputation for being “slippery” (my meme calling Brown “Slippery Scott” is starting to catch on with other conservatives) then you have to be totally open, totally candid and totally prepared to be taped and recorded. Brown is doing the opposite on all issues. Because he thinks he has already won the primary, Brown falsely believes he is in “general election mode.” (See James Pindell’s remarks linked below.) Brown is not.

More importantly, Brown can’t beat Shaheen by being in “general election mode.” The only way Brown (or any other Republican) can beat Shaheen is by not being in general election mode.

So what is Brown doing?

Brown ignores candidate forums. The Lowell Sun reports today on one of Brown’s most controversial primary decisions (link below).

Brown refuses to appear at a meeting unless there is advance agreement there will be no video taping and no audio recording.

Brown spends time in Las Vegas with hedge fund operators, asking them to come to New Hampshire. (No, we don’t want hedge fund crooks coming to New Hampshire to buy a U. S. Senate seat as another bauble advertising their ill-gotten fortunes.)

Brown is treating the three-month summer primary as an irrelevant formality.

Mr. Brown may not realize it yet, but his campaign “peaked” on the day he announced. This week, Brown’s senate hopes began a long, slow but steady decline into oblivion. He is not mentally prepared for the upcoming senate primary.

As a result, with every passing day Brown is reinforcing his “Slippery Scott” image, not diminishing it. As the songwriter Paul Simon put it best: “Slip-sliding away.”

Loyally,

Andy

P.S. Please do the right thing. Open your mind. Consider voting for me in the primary. You’ll be proud you did.

Andy Martin delivers a devastating psychological blow to “Slippery” Scott Brown

Republican U. S. Senate candidate Andy Martin explains why his primary opponent, “Slippery” Scott Brown, is down in the dumps. Over the past few days Andy has been pummeling Brown because of Brown’s exaggerated claims concerning brown’s military service. And the worst is yet to come. This week Andy launched powerful radio ads across New Hampshire attacking Brown for Stolen Valor (exaggerating your military service). Brown has suddenly realized he is in the fight of his life. He could lose the senate primary. Even if Brown wins the nomination, Jennifer Horn is playing so dirty that the primary will continue right into the general election. Brown faces a bleak political future. Brown, who bragged just two years ago that he met with “kings and queens on a daily basis,” could very well end up as a joker.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

Republican U. S. Senate candidate Andy Martin launches “hardball” attacks on Scott Brown

Andy is airing ads charging Brown with “Stolen Valor” (accusing Brown of exaggerating Brown’s military service)

Andy says Brown is depressed and disoriented because Andy’s attacks prompted Pentagon officials to curtail Brown’s “retirement” extravaganza

(Manchester, NH) (May 15, 2014)

Dear Republican:

In his 2012 reelection campaign Scott Brown claimed he met on a daily basis with “kings and queens.” He was delusional. As recently as this year, Brown thought of himself as a presidential candidate. He was delusional. Brown’s presidential ambitions are about to be erased in the September senate primary. In the space of just a few months, despite the saturation media coverage he still receives, Brown’s political career is crashing and burning.

What happened?

A number of Republicans and several reporters have commented in the past few days about Scott Brown’s almost disoriented behavior. Are you wondering why Brown is down in the dumps?

Brown has been the recipient of devastating psychological blows from my own senate campaign.

In April, Brown announced that he would “retire” from the National Guard with an extravaganza at the Pentagon. I began researching Brown’s military record and found massive lies and exaggerations in his public statements. [In 2010 I had exposed Mark Kirk, also a Republican, and also a disgrace, as the greatest military fraud in recent history.]

Eventually I asked Pentagon officials to cancel or limit Brown’s bogus retirement, which was nothing more than an illegal use of federal property (the Pentagon) as a prop in Brown’s senate campaign.

Pentagon leaders apparently agreed with me. From what was originally planned as a massive media spectacular, this past Tuesday Brown simply slipped into the Pentagon with his wife and daughters, collected a bogus award from the “Maryland National Guard” where he exercised improper political influence, and left.

Brown has been psychologically devastated by the firepower I am concentrating on exposing his lies and defeating him for the senate nomination. It wasn't supposed to that way. Brown was promised a “cakewalk” primary. So, where’s the cake?

Here is some more analysis:

1. Scott Brown the military imposter

For years Brown has inflated and bloviated about his military service. He falsely claimed to have “served” in Afghanistan. He was there for seven (count’em 7) days meeting with other phony senators (including Mark Kirk, the biggest military imposter in recent history) and other high-ranking officials. Brown told the Union Leader that he carried a gun. More nonsense. The Department of Defense has strict rules prohibiting sitting members of congress who are also serving in the reserves from being in “imminent danger areas.” The Union Leader was fooled. Brown has claimed he “deployed” to Afghanistan. More lies. The Department of Defense has detailed regulations defining “service” and “deployments” and Brown did not qualify for either designation.

Exaggerating and inflating your military service is called “Stolen Valor.” Someone lying about their service is trying to “steal” some of the “valor” of those who actual served and deployed and were really in harm’s way. Brown even invented a phony “mortar attack” to sell paperback copies of his autobiography. On and on it goes.

People who exaggerate their military careers suffer from a form of mental illness.

In Brown’s 2012 reelection Massachusetts campaign Brown repeatedly and relentlessly lied about his Guard duties. He ran radio ads claiming to have “served” in Afghanistan. He made similar claims in debates. And he staged a “homecoming” with his wife after seven days in Afghanistan. If you didn’t trust the media before today, you can now see how so much of what passes for “news” is nothing but nonsense that enables political liars like Brown to aggrandize themselves.

2. My lawsuit exposing Brown as a military fraud

Earlier this week I filed a lawsuit seeking to bar Brown from repeating his Massachusetts lies in New Hampshire. Massachusetts is an antiwar, anti-military state. In New Hampshire we take military service seriously. Brown is going to have to defend himself against his long history of inflating and exaggerating his military service. No wonder he looks depressed and disoriented.

By reducing his “retirement” party to a brief entry/exit with his wife and daughters, Brown’s attempt to use the Pentagon as a “prop” for his senate campaign was eliminated.

You might ask, “Why file a lawsuit?” A lawsuit is a truth-seeking and truth-exposing device. If you lie in court, you pay a penalty. Brown will now have a judge reviewing his claims; an adverse ruling would end Brown’s local career and presidential hopes.

3. Brown made a couple of classic “military” mistakes

Brown failed to survey the battlefield in New Hampshire before he became a candidate. Brown was doing well, pulling in millions from Fox News and a law firm retainer. He was being treated as a presidential candidate even if he wasn’t one. Those days are gone. So what were his mistakes?

First, he listened go Jennifer Horn and some of the other New Hampshire GOP’s “leaders” who have been losing elections for decades. He didn’t do his own independent due diligence. I am sure Horn promised Brown he would face no meaningful opposition in the primary. The nomination was Brown’s for the taking. Obviously, that was a false statement.

Second, Brown believed his own blarney. Brown now realizes he faces a very formidable opponent in me. There are also the three “zombies” (Rubens, Smith and Testerman).

4. Jennifer Horn’s dirty tricks against my campaign are going to boomerang and possibly bring down the GOP ticket in November

Jennifer Horn has been working tirelessly to undermine my campaign. We will have more to say about that on Friday. But there is going to be a blowback and backlash for Horn and Brown, both during and after the primary.

If Horn (and Brown) continue to run a “dirty” primary against me, as they currently are, I will retaliate. I will take them out in November. You can't preach “party unity” when you are stabbing a legitimate candidate in the back. Horn “recruited” Brown to New Hampshire. If Horn keeps trying to protect Brown by undermining my campaign in the Republican Party primary, and by violating her sworn duties as a party official, both she and Brown will have a long hot summer.

If Horn ran an honest primary, she could expect party unity. But if she stabs me in the back, I will not stand next to a backstabber, or endorse a backstabber. Get the picture? Someone, some wayward Republican adult, should have “The Talk” with Horn. She is on a course to bring down the state ticket in the fall. Stay tuned.

5. Character is everything in the public arena

     A. Scott Brown basically has a weak character. As I continue to prepare a Psychological Profile on Brown (publication in the near future) I am amazed by just how weak Brown’s character really is. If it hadn’t been for the fluke of a senate race against an ineffective opponent, Brown would have continued to live in obscurity.

     B. You can love me or hate me but I am what I am: a tough fighter who is completely committed to public integrity. To summarize: I was supposed to attend UNH. Because of a fluke I got a chance to play football at the University of Illinois. Big Ten football is tough. I scrimmaged against people who are in the NFL Hall of Fame. Big Ten football toughens you in a way that can’t be described.

As a college student and later as a law school graduate I started forming close friendships with some of the most honest and bravest men in American politics. Senator Paul Douglas was one of the toughest men who ever served in the U. S. Senate. Senator Paul Simon was condemned by his own legislature -- for exposing corruption. Abner Mikva, Leland Rayson, Bob Mann, Dan Pierce, Adlai Stevenson III, all of these men were corruption fighters in the Illinois legislature. They inspired me. They stood for public integrity and honest government in a legislative body where the Crime Syndicate had its own state senator. Later I fought organized crime in Chicago. So, yes, by any objective measurement, I am tough.

In 2008, when the McCain campaign collapsed I fought back against Barack Obama’s lies. I tried to help Mitt Romney in 2012, but Mitt simply wasn’t tough enough for Obama’s thugs. The Chicago boys and girls in Obama’s campaign ate Romney’s lunch. Closer to home, Ovide Lamontagne admitted in 2013 that he was surprised by the ferocity of the Democratic Party’s attacks on him in 2012. What did Ovide expect? In general, Republicans do not field tough candidates. Which is why they are the minority party.

So, yes, “toughness” in a candidate matters. Toughness is an essential ingredient when fighting against an incumbent senator. Brown lacks that crucial element of character. That is why Brown, who is suddenly faced with a ferocious opponent, is stunned at how tough the senate primary is becoming.

I am the only Republican senate candidate who is tough enough to take on Jeanne Shaheen and the brawlers in the New Hampshire Democratic Party. Toughness is built into my character. It is not a part of the character of my senate opponents.

6. For Brown, the worst is yet to come

This week I started airing two powerful “Stolen Valor” attacks on Scott Brown. If the ads are effective we’ll try to keep them on the air until the primary if we raise any money to support my campaign. Brown can spend millions, but most of Brown's spending will be canceled out by opposition ads attacking him. My advertisements are going to leave lingering doubts in the minds of Republican voters. They couldn’t trust Brown in Massachusetts, why should be trust him in New Hampshire?

Once Brown hears the ads, he may even decide not to run for the senate and go back to where he was, a pseudo-presidential candidate who can travel around the country lying about his military service without having to worry about Andy chasing him with the truth (I am sticking to my knitting in New Hampshire).

We will be distributing the radio ads Thursday night. If you can’t wait, send us an email and receive them early.

Interesting, isn’t it? Mr. Brown of great renown is probably on his way. Out of town.

Loyally,

Andy

P.S. Please do the right thing. Open your mind. Consider voting for me in the primary. You’ll be proud you did.

New Hampshire News Conference: Scott Brown faces attack ads from Republican U. S. Senate foe Andy Martin

New Hampshire U. S. Senate candidate Andy Martin will hold a Manchester, NH news conference Friday, March 7th to preview his first attack ad against former Senator Scott Brown. “Mr. Brown has been acting as though the senate nomination is his by default,” Andy says. “But Brown is going to have to fight a rough primary. I will discuss the latest Suffolk University/Boston Herald poll results on Saturday. Friday morning we are producing the first attack ad of the 2014 senate primary campaign. Primaries are about sorting out who is real, and who is unreal. Brown’s recent antics are increasingly confirming he is ‘unreal’ as a New Hampshire candidate. Brown has name recognition but that is all he has. Nothing else. The Suffolk/Herald poll is also am embarrassment to the University of New Hampshire Survey Center that has been rigging its poll results to fit a ‘dirty’ agenda of the Union Leader. I promise New Hampshire voters a great primary, a primary focused on the big issues and the challenges facing our nation. But, as Foster’s Daily Democrat has confirmed (link below), they expect me to come out swinging, and I will. Friday’s new ad confirms that fact. We are calling Scott Brown’s bluff.”

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

ANNOUNCEMENT OF MANCHESTER, NH NEWS CONFERENCE

ATTENTION NATIONAL, POLITICAL, NEW HAMPSHIRE DAYBOOK & ASSIGNMENT EDITORS

Republican U. S. Senate candidate Andy Martin begins producing anti-Scott Brown radio commercials today

Andy promises a primary campaign focused on issues of concern to New Hampshire citizens, presented with a new intensity that has been lacking in previous Republican Party primary campaigns

(Manchester, NH) (March 7, 2014)

Dear Republican:

Friday afternoon I will hold a Manchester News conference to discuss my new attack ad challenging Scott Brown’s bona fides as a New Hampshire senate candidate.

The ad is being produced Friday morning and will start airing next week. It is the first attack ad of the 2014 senate primary, attacking Scott Brown for being a “faux” candidate.

In the past, New Hampshire Republican primaries have been sedate affairs. The result: Republicans have nominated sedate candidates who go on to lose to the brass-knuckled Democrats led by Ray Buckley.

Last year, in an interview with WMUR-TV, Ovide Lamontagne said he was surprised by the intensity of the Democrats’ personal attacks directed against him in 2012. He also said he didn’t know how to run against a woman. I do. Ovide was one of the finest persons ever to seek office; he just wasn’t the right fit for today’s rough-and-tumble politics. Ray Buckley’s rabid attack dogs slaughtered Lamontagne.

Whoever is nominated by the Republicans to face Shaheen will have to run the gauntlet of Buckley’s rabid mutts. The only question is who can stand up to the Democrats’ smears, and who can fight back against their attacks. Democrats will smear any Republican. But if “any Republican” does not fight back, Shaheen wins.

As a young law student, I started out fighting corruption in Illinois politics. Later I went on to help send corrupt judges to federal prison. Fighting the Chicago Crime Syndicate was scary. My life was threatened. But I never backed off. I fought back.

In 2004 I wrote the first article exposing Barack Obama as a fraud. Later, Obama’s thugs attacked me on national television. But I kept exposing and documenting Obama's unfitness for office.

Being in the national spotlight means you have been vetted; you have proven you can stand up to the liberal media's smear machine. I only wish people had listened to my evidence against Obama. Sadly, John McCain, who is a pretty good senator, was a lousy candidate for president.

What’s the bottom line? The only two prospective opponents for Jeanne Shaheen who have been tested at the national level are myself and Scott Brown. And Brown showed in Massachusetts he has what boxers call a “glass jaw.” As for Bob Smith, it’s a pity to see what remains of him, so I will avoid attacking Smith today. One look at him tells you Smith is not ready for the intensity of an anti-Shaheen campaign.

Obviously I am not as well known as Brown. That’s what primary campaigns are for. To expose candidates to the voters, and to preview different campaigning styles.

Now that Foster’s Daily Democrat has blown the cover on who is a tough campaigner, and who is not, by attacking me for a few humorous digs at Brown and Smith, New Hampshire liberals are scurrying for their foxholes.

Defeating Jeanne Shaheen is not going to be easy. Republicans who think she will be a pushover are delusional. That is why “reluctant candidate” Scott Brown’s refusal to start an early campaign and to devote full time to campaigning against a formidable incumbent shows he is not a serious opponent for Shaheen. Brown has become intoxicated by his own bloviation and by the adulation of some New Hampshire Republicans who are trying to recruit him to run. But Brown is a lover, not a fighter; and he has fallen in love with himself. That’s why Shaheen keeps goading Brown to run; she knows he is a doofus.

Well, Friday we will start calling Brown’s bluff.

As I will explain in a second news conference on Saturday, my attack ads are going to smoke out Brown and force him to come out of his own foxhole. When Democrats attacked Romney in 2012 and Mitt did not respond, Romney lost the edge and eventually lost the election. If I challenge Brown on radio and TV and he says and does nothing, he will be toast.

You have a ringside seat at what is going to be my effort to take down Brown, and then take down Shaheen. Once I send Brown to the showers Shaheen is going to know her time in Washington is over.

I hope you will keep an open mind and give me an opportunity to win your support. We must defeat Jeanne Shaheen in 2014 to defeat Barack Obama’s malignant agenda in 2015. Maybe you didn’t listen to me in 2004 and 2008; well, you got Obama. Please listen to me this time. Barack Obama is primed to destroy America as we know it in 2015. Obama knows his days in power are limited. He will try to implement his anti-American agenda, surrendering to foreign dictators and passing out welfare benefits to everybody and anybody. And if you let her, Shaheen will be there by his side as Obama’s most loyal acolyte in the Senate.

Loyally,

Andy
